Absence Request Form

Please join us for our next meeting on Monday, October 19 at 7:00pm in the high school band room. Make sure you pay your dues in order to be a voting member.

If you need to miss a rehearsal or performance for any reason, please fill out the Absence Request Form. In order for your absence to be excused you must fill out the form two weeks prior to the event you must miss. Absences are excused at the directors' discretion.
